BEST Baked Apple

  • apple diet - fork1 large Apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia
  • Water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Core apple

Place in oven-safe glass bowl filled about ¼ full of water

Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Stevia

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes


Taste of Taco

  • 4-6 ounces of lean ground beef, turkey or chicken
  • Taco seasoning (pre-packaged powder *no sugar or dextrose listed in ingredients)
  • Water
  • 6-8 leaves of Romain lettuce

In skillet brown ground meat

Add ½ cup water and loosen meat from skillet

Add taco seasoning

Spoon onto lettuce leaves

[Same recipe is yummy with chicken strips or lean steak strips]

Cucumber Salad

  • 1 hothouse cucumber (seedless)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • Fresh dill
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon onion flakes
  • Stevia (optional)

Slice cucumber very thin

Add rice vinegar, dill, oregano, onion flakes

[if you prefer sweet cucumber salad, add a few drops of stevia]

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving
